One of Zenab's Peacebuilding projects is in Jabarona Camp, which is located on the outskirts of Khartoum. In Arabic, the word Jabarona means "No Place to Stay. "The Camp is populated by people displaced by poverty/conflict from other areas of Sudan. Jabarona is a desert location, where food, sanitation, water, electricity and other basic necessities are scarce or non-existent. There is no proper access for children to go to school, and the ability to earn an income is limited to informal and illegal means. People, especially children, often have to leave the camp to beg inside the city area of Khartoum.
In this Camp, Zenab has provided toys for children, and other items, as well as conducted peace building training.
